Effective: October 2025 | Quant Labs Enterprise Production Infrastructure
1. Scope & Purpose
Quant Labs Enterprise ("we", "our", or "the Platform") operates this quantitative backtesting, live paper trading, and model evaluation infrastructure. This Privacy Policy details our operational protocols regarding telemetry collection, cryptographic data handling, and algorithmic telemetry logging.
2. Telemetry & Quantitative Data Collection
Our platform records computational and trading execution metrics strictly necessary for model validation, including: simulated order execution timestamps, entry/exit price fills, unrealized and realized PnL calculations, backtest matrix hyperparameters, and cloud compute resource utilization (CPU, memory, GPU allocation).
All sensitive credentials, API keys, and database connections are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and managed via Google Cloud Secret Manager and Cloud KMS. No plaintext secrets are recorded in persistent browser storage or unencrypted disk volumes. Real-time log streams are transmitted over secure TLS 1.3 channels.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Cloud Providers
Platform operations interface with enterprise infrastructure providers including Google Cloud Platform (GCP compute engines, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Storage) and public digital asset exchange WebSocket feeds (Binance) exclusively for live price tick ingestion. No proprietary strategy models or client trading weights are shared with third-party aggregators.
5. Data Retention & Audit Logs
Audit logs of simulated executions, model hyperparameters, and automated health checks are preserved in immutable cloud buckets for quantitative validation and regulatory audit compliance for up to 24 months, after which automated lifecycle pruning policies apply.
6. Inquiries & Contact
For questions regarding security governance, algorithmic logging, or platform access controls, contact the Quant Infrastructure Team at security@quantlabs.cloud or call our 24/7 Operations Support Desk at +1 (800) 555-0199.
Terms & Conditions of Service
Effective: October 2025 | High-Frequency Quantitative Systems Agreement
1. Acceptance & Authorized Use
By accessing or interacting with this quantitative research terminal, paper trading daemon, or API interfaces, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Access to the Admin Console is strictly restricted to authorized administrative operators possessing valid credentials.
2. Proprietary Algorithmic Systems & Intellectual Property
All deep reinforcement learning models, neural network architectures (LSTM, PPO, DDPG, SAC, Transformer), automated strategy pipelines, Sharpe ratio optimization algorithms, and real-time order routing heuristics are proprietary intellectual property. Unauthorized reverse engineering, scraping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
3. Simulated Trading & Financial Risk Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: This platform operates as an automated quantitative research and paper trading simulation engine. All displayed returns, profit metrics, and executed trades are simulated based on historical tick backtests and real-time paper accounts. None of the content, model signals, or metrics constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Trading digital assets and quantitative derivatives carries substantial capital risk.
4. Infrastructure Availability & Rate Limits
The platform aims for 99.9% availability across its cloud backtesting and paper trading nodes. We reserve the right to throttle or rate-limit API calls, WebSocket connections, or computational job submissions that jeopardize cloud stability or exceed resource quotas.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Quant Labs, its developers, or its infrastructure maintainers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform latency, WebSocket disconnects, algorithmic miscalculations, or system downtime.
6. Modifications & Governing Law
These terms may be updated to reflect cloud infrastructure enhancements or regulatory requirements. Continued utilization of the terminal following modifications constitutes formal acceptance of the revised terms.
